Welcome to Hurst Hill Primary School

Nestled in the heart of Coseley, Hurst Hill Primary School is a small, friendly school where every child is known, valued and encouraged to thrive. With around 240 pupils, a dedicated pre-school provision and six classes across Key Stages 1 and 2, we provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy and inspired to learn.

Since opening in 1986, Hurst Hill has been at the centre of the local community. Housed in a bright, modern building with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, our school is often described by visitors as a place where children are happy, staff are supportive and relationships are strong.

We are proud of our rich history and deep community connections. Many of our parents, grandparents and carers once walked through the same doors as pupils themselves and share fond memories of their time at Hurst Hill. Today, their children are creating their own memories, continuing a tradition that spans generations.

At Hurst Hill, we believe that every child matters. By working closely with families and our wider community, we strive to ensure that every pupil achieves their potential, develops confidence and leaves us with a love of learning that will last a lifetime.

We warmly invite you to explore our website and discover what makes Hurst Hill such a special place to learn, grow and belong.
